If the delivered product does not match your order or is not original (not genuine), you must report it within 24 hours after receiving the product—even on holidays—by calling “02122967286” or emailing info@hollandkala.com to the store’s Customer Relations and Support Center, so the issue can be reviewed immediately and, if confirmed, the product will be re-sent to you at no cost. Obviously, failure to report after 24 hours means the received items are considered correct and accepted.
